In my short two-year tenure with Liberty Mutual Insurance, I have promoted 3 times, reaching my current position as a Senior Customer Service Representative. My tenure with Liberty Mutual is a testament to my perfect attendance and consistently exceeding performance metrics.
LEAD-BUYING PROGRAM FOR FASTBUCKS HOLDING CORPORATION, NOVEMBER 2016 - JUNE 2018
When FastBucks decided to start buying customer leads, I was entirely responsible for overseeing the project. I designed protocols for lead processing, management, and marketing, as well as the training program and performance metrics for my team. I collaborated closely with the IT, operations, and compliance departments to advance the project, which became the single largest growth factor in the company's history and facilitated sales growth in the call center to exceed 400%. Thanks to this project, I was commended for my team's contribution to the company, and I was able to enhance my skill set through a dynamic experience.
